There's no solution to contact either vendor or producer, although, even after contacting Amazon about it, so, after a runaround, I'm caught ready for a refund from Amazon that is no longer going to be processed until they obtain the battery. I'll have to make a shuttle to the Apple retailer the next day to come to buy a new battery just to rise up and working in the period in-between. I is now not going to be shopping for any further "fulfilled by means of Amazon" products; it is an extreme quantity of of a crapshoot, once they is not going to assist customers get involved with the vendors.

Since then I even have had to preserve my cable plugged in in an effort to use my mac. I have appeared for a customer support e-mail for this company and haven't found one. The product point outs that there's a 1 12 months guarantee but when there is now not contact data what are you think to do? It could be good if someone from this company would contact me. Thanks.
Reviews for Laptop Battery for Apple A1185 Macbook Pro 13" Series, Ma561g/a, Ma561ll/a (White) (Electronics) it would not show the right charge in the battery life displays, i though it wasnt maintaining more than 5% of energy... however then I left it running with the charger cable unplugged and it did spend 2:30 hours to went off.. so, it is keeping a little charge but it doesn't reveal it... difficult factor..
