At first I was hesitant to purchase a new power adapter from a non-Apple retailer because of all the fakes, however i am lucky to document that this one doesn't look like pretend.
The adapter has the Apple brand and appears legit. However, the cable texture really feels just a little grainy compared to my previous charger... so maybe Apple redesigned the cable, I am unsure.
